What we collect
- Email and display name for login and support
- Pet name, species, breed, estimated birthday, and guardian notes
- Uploaded photos, generated results, memory notes, and conversation logs
- Membership application status and Feed/Treat usage state
Why we use it
- To provide your pet workspace
- To connect memories, care events, and consultations
- To respond to support requests and investigate errors
- To prevent abuse and keep the service stable
Retention and deletion
- During initial operations, we retain data as needed for service operation and safety checks.
- Deletion requests can be sent by email and will be handled except where legal or security retention is required.
- Public use of user material requires a separate approval step.
Memory notice
- Memory may be stored and managed, but at this stage it is not used to generate responses.
- Some conversation details may be saved or reviewed as memory candidates.
- At this stage, saved memory is not used in responses.
- Viewing, correction, deletion requests, and use restrictions for saved memory will be provided in a separate management screen.
